Node-BT is an irrigation controller by Hunter Industries, equipped with Bluetooth® technology and app configuration capabilities. This controller allows for the automatic irrigation of plants that lack AC power, without the need to access the valve box.

Installation of the Node-BT is efficient, and programming and operation are straightforward. The accompanying app offers a range of convenient features that were initially available on the NODE controller, now enhanced and accessible via smartphone. This eliminates the need to navigate through traffic to reach roadway medians, search for hidden controllers in bushes, or handle dirty and potentially hazardous valve boxes.

The app features:

• Remote management of multiple Node-BT controllers within a 50' (15 m) range
• Manual control to start, stop, or suspend irrigation for a duration of up to 99 days
• Configuration of watering schedules with 3 programs and 8 start times each
• Ability to activate rain or soil moisture sensors and set monthly seasonal adjustments
• Access to controller status, overall watering data, upcoming start times, watering calendar, and irrigation logs
• Battery health monitoring and signal status display
• Reminders to change batteries at customizable intervals (every 3, 6, 9, or 12 months)
• Pinpointing controllers on a map for quick location
• Easy duplication of schedules between controllers for swift setup
• Offline viewing and editing of irrigation schedules
• Access to controller event logs that can be shared with other users
• Option to assign images, rename stations and controllers, and set passcodes for added security
